As the Liberals say they don't yet have the votes to pass their Nov. 4 budget, interim NDP Leader Don Davies says the party will wait to see the document before deciding whether to support it, but that the Liberals haven't 'invited other parties in to craft the budget ... so they run the risk of not earning our support.'
