My 4-Month Stay in a Residential Eating Disorder Program

In 2019, I spent four months in a residential eating disorder program. In this video I am discussing my personal experience and some of the thoughts I had while in the program. I will be showing images of some of my meals, as well as myself in different stages of recovery.

I want to reiterate that everyone has a different story. Experiences will vary depending on where you are at in recovery, your team and even the other people taking part in a program. This video is simply an extension of my story and some things I thought and felt at the time.
