Minneapolis mayor calls ICE’s ‘buckshot tactics' dangerous

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said at a press conference Saturday that ICE was using ‘buckshot tactics’ that are scattered, unplanned and reckless, including one case where a car was left out of park after an ICE action, causing it to roll down a street.
