Londoners could see a bank holiday washout as over 12 hours of on-and-off showers have been predicted for the capital.The Met Office has warned there could be heavy downpours throughout Monday, with rainfall beginning midmorning and continuing on-and-off until midnight.Met Office meteorologist Craig Snell told the Standard: “It’s going to be a bit of wet picture for London tomorrow especially south London and then into Kent and Sussex.
