Unsettled conditions in Scotland today, with some persistent and strong winds across the country down to Northern Ireland and northern England. The persistent rain will turn showery through the day across much of Scotland apart from the far north. Cloudier and drier down south, with rain affecting North Wales and northern England in the evening. Mild in the south, becoming quite chilly in the far north.
