Showers across northern parts of the UK with a strong wind continuing to affect the far northeast of Scotland. A chilly start across Wales, the Midlands through to East Anglia with sunshine here, although sunshine becoming more hazy further south. Thicker cloud towards far southern counties of England with a risk of heavy rain and possible flooding here later.
