Mazda CX-5 Infotainment System Not Working? Common Fixes & Troubleshooting 🚗

This is the second CX5 I've owned, and the Infotainment/Nav system in BOTH routinely fails, even after being updated by the dealer (Germain Mazda in Columbus, Ohio).

I've been told by Mazda corp that although it's intermittent, it's require the dealer to replicate in order to do anything. I can't exactly hand my car over to the dealer to drive hundreds of miles over a few weeks to see if/when it'll act up again.

*Random reboots
*Reboot loop
*Black screen w/ radio on
*Won't turn on
*Touchscreen and controls don't work
*Nav frozen map
*Random shutoff
