Talisha just found out about the LOC technique used for naturals and she doesn't understand what the natural hair term means and if you can do it with relaxed hair.

LOC stands for liquid, oil, and cream(butter). Also "L" stands for leave in conditioner.
The LOC method is best for high porosity hair (usually chronically dry hair).
Low porosity hair may feel oily when incorporating this moisturizing technique.
