Master the Foundations of Foot Zone Therapy 🦶

This really is my not-professional-quality, unedited, toss-it-out-there, first runthrough. <br /> <br />PLEASE pay close attention to the disclaimers. Foot zone therapy can be powerful stuff and I want you to be aware of contraindications. <br /> <br />DO NOT work on anyone who's had an organ transplant. <br />DO NOT work on someone who has a pacemaker or other device internally that is keeping them alive. <br />DO NOT work on someone who recently had surgery. <br />I recommend you also do not experiment with this on someone who currently has a fever, or who has pins/plates/etc. Save that for experienced, certified, licensed foot zone therapists, or work carefully under the supervision of one. <br /> <br />With that said, I hope you enjoy this very basic introduction to the form of reflexology known in the US as "foot zone therapy." <br /> <br />Some nice references for more info: <br />https://www.ersdalvarpe.com/ <br />healthyfoothold.com <br />wedofeet.net <br /> <br />If you have questions, feel free to contact me.
