Metal Fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling process.

A control panel is a flat, often vertical, area where control or monitoring instruments are displayed or it is an enclosed unit that is the part of a system that users can access, such as the control panel of a security system (also called control unit).


1. Shearing :- A variety of tools are used to cut raw
material.

2. Bending :- Bending is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly sheet metal commonly used equipment include box and pan brakes, brake presses, and other specialized machine presses.

There are three basic types of bending on a press brake, each is defined by the relationship of the end tool position to the thickness of the material. These three are Air Bending, Bottoming and Coining. The configuration of the tools for these three types of bending are nearly identical.



3. welding :- welding is the main focus of steel fabrication. A welder then finishes the work according to Engineering drawings (for detailed welding ) or by their own experience and judgement.

4. powder coating :- powder coating is type of coating that is applied as a free flowing , dry powder . powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals.

Advantages of Powder coating
* Powder coatings can produce much thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging.
* A wide range of speciality effects are easily accomplished using powder coatings that would be impossible to achieve with other coating processes.
