A simmering controversy is boiling over in Berea as the Browns face criticism for how they’ve handled rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ development. In the latest episode of Orange and Brown Talk, Browns beat reporter Mary Kay Cabot didn’t hold back her frustration with the team’s approach, igniting what could be called “Reps-Gate.”

The central question: How could the Browns name Sanders the primary backup quarterback without giving him first-team practice reps?
