Maritime agency: Chinese capsized ship had record of safety violations

Chinese maritime agency records show that safety violations were found two years ago on the cruise ship which capsized on Monday. More than 400, mainly elderly tourists, are feared drowned after the 'Eastern Star' sank in the Yangtze River. Al Jazeera's Adrian Brown reports live.
