After a whole year apart, Lizzy’s boyfriend finally returned from the military. Joe wanted to make their reunion extra special. So, he took out an engagement ring and was about to stand on one knee. But before he could, Lizzy suddenly collapsed. She woke up in the hospital, where the doctor told her she had an illness that was nearly impossible to cure. As he was trying to process the news, Joe walked in.
