Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is celebrating a significant milestone! In October 2025, the company achieved its highest-ever SUV sales, selling an impressive 71,624 units. This marks a 31% growth compared to the same period last year.
The total vehicle sales, including commercial vehicles and exports, reached 1,20,142 units, showcasing a 26% increase year-on-year. The company's CEO, Nalinikanth Gollagunta, attributed this success to the launch of new editions of popular models like Thar, Bolero, and Bolero Neo.
In the commercial vehicles segment, domestic sales climbed 14%, with the light commercial vehicle category leading the way. Exports also saw a substantial 15% growth, contributing to the overall success.
Mahindra's Farm Equipment Business thrived as well, selling 72,071 tractors in the domestic market, a 12% increase. Veejay Nakra, President of the Farm Equipment Business, credits the monsoon and GST rate cut for the positive results.
The Trucks & Buses Business also experienced a 14% growth, driven by the ILCV and bus segments. However, the HCV segment faced challenges, as mentioned by Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman.
