Maggots Drop from Overhead Bin on Delta Flight, Causes Emergency Return ✈️

About this video

A Delta flight traveling from Amsterdam to Detroit was forced to turn back an hour after take-off on February 13th when maggots fell from an overhead compartment onto passengers sitting in economy class seats below. The maggots hitched a ride from a passenger's suitcase containing rotting fish that was stored in the overhead bin. After landing, all passengers were instructed to deplane so the aircraft could be deeply cleaned. The offending suitcase containing the rotting fish was bagged up to be destroyed, and the passenger who owned the suitcase was detained on the plane by Delta staff after other passengers left.
