based retired engineer Sriram Rajagopalan won a huge amount in the lottery. In the 'Emirates Draw' of the UAE, a jackpot of Rs.225 crores was hit. Sriram moved to Saudi Arabia in 1998 and settled. Retired in 2023 and came to India. He said that he bought a lottery ticket on his birthday on March 16 and did not expect such a huge amount. He said that some of this will be given to charity.
