A police officer of the rank of joint commissioner, who has functioned as the public relations officer (PRO) of the Karnataka Lokayukta for over a decade, has emerged <br /><br />as a key suspect in an extortion racket operating in the Lokayukta. A special investigation team of the Karnataka police is investigating the extortion racket in which <br /><br />Lokayukta Justice Y Bhaskar Rao’s son has been named as the main accused.
