Why is the Lexus NX this brand’s best-selling vehicle? Now late in its model life cycle and with a new generation on the horizon, the NX is available in Australia with two engines. The NX 300 is a turbocharged two-litre petrol, while the NX 300h is a 2.5-litre petrol-electric hybrid with better fuel economy but less overall punch. Which NX makes the most sense?

The Lexus NX is an in-betweener size that competes with the BMW X1 and X3, Mercedes GLA and GLC and the Audi Q5. It’s essentially based on the old Toyota RAV4, but with many Lexus refinements.
