Gympie Hosts 2020 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour 🏆

The Queensland town of Gympie celebrated their place in Lexus Melbourne Cup history when Gympie State High School virtually hosted the 2020 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour as part of their morning assembly.

Gympie is home to a number of reigning Lexus Melbourne Cup winner Vow and Declare’s 13 owners, including Bob Leitch and Gympie State High School principal Anthony Lanksey.

As part of the special school event, Anthony and Bob shared their memories from last year’s race and reflected on what it was like to be in the Mounting Yard at Flemington Racecourse when Vow and Declare crossed the line first!
