With #MicroCoaching, managers and #employees can engage in infrequent, brief, targeted, in-workflow #coaching conversations. These sessions are short burst encounters; they are not scheduled, scripted, or forced.

This tool allows managers and employees to maximize #Impact and minimize #time. And we all know, the more efficient companies can make interactions, the more productive employees can be.
