PSPCL ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਰਟ ਪ੍ਰੀ–ਪੇਡ ਮੀਟਰ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ। 45 KVA ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਨੈਕਸ਼ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੀ–ਪੇਡ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਲਾਗੂ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਬਿੱਲ, ਫਿਰ ਆਵੇਗੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ। ਰਿਚਾਰਜ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਣ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕੱਟੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ। ਖਾਤੇ 'ਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਰੱਖਣੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ।
