Bernotas arrangement is suitable for both developing bands and more advanced ensembles to usher in the holiday season. If you have a combined music department concert, this would be an excellent closer to bring the choir (and even strings singing) in at the repeat of measure 49 for the last musical statement of the chorus. You could even print the lyrics in your holiday program and invite the audience to sing along at that same point without the echos.
