Laptop Open, Mom Can't Hear the Question

Moms can do pretty much anything. We say "pretty much" because once the laptop is open, all the focus goes right to that screen. Alex just wanted to ask her mom Kim what her middle name was, but Kim couldn't tear herself away from the computer. So you can either ask your mother a question or you can let her send an email, but you can't have both. Except for our moms, who CAN do both (in case they're reading this.)
