En 2003, le professeur Neil Turok voulait créer un environnement favorable pour que le prochain Albert Einstein soit africain et formé en Afrique. C'est ainsi que l'Institut #africain des #sciences mathématiques (#AIMS) a vu le jour : un réseau panafricain de centres de formation d'excellence en sciences, mathématiques, recherche, technologie et ingénierie. Nous recevons la PDG de l'AIMS, Lydie Hakizimana, qui évoque la sélection redoutable des candidats et les débouchés pour les étudiants.
