Kidnapped student back with family- Remulla<br /><br />Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla, NCRPO chief Anthony Aberin, and PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group Director Elmer Ragay hold a press briefing in Malacañang on Wednesday to give updates on the kidnapping of a foreign student of an exclusive school in Taguig City. <br /><br />Remulla linked the kidnapping incident to Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators crime syndicates. <br /><br />"We’re sure that the syndicate is still here in the country.
