The Kia Stonic is Kia’s smallest SUV and a key competitor to the UK’s bestselling car; the Ford Puma!

Originally launched in 2017 the Stonic received its first facelift in 2020 and now Kia have further updated the car, giving it a new look & improved interior.

All Stonics feature the 1.0L TDGi MHEV engine producing between 98-113BHP, available with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT automatic.

3 trims are available; Pure, GT-Line & GT-Line S, I tested the top-spec GT-Line S which includes plenty of equipment such as; Power Sunroof, Wireless Phone Charger, 12.3'' Driver Display, Heated Front Seats & Steering Wheel.

How does the Kia Stonic compare to the Ford Puma? Well the Puma is more fun to drive & I prefer its styling, however the Stonic is available at a much more affordable price, with more standard equipment & of course the 7-year warranty.
