This story is an out & out love story. The transformation of a loafer to a top level business excecutive. Ashok is a below average guy, whose daily routine consists of having fun with his friends & wasting his father's hard earned money. Accidentally the hooligan meets with the utterly decent Priya. His interest increases when he finds that Priya has a soft corner for every human being. Positively Ashok saves Priya's father unknowingly form an acute accident. Priya & Ashok become friends. But Ashok's restless & disastrous attitude towards life makes his parents tense & disgusted.
