Kezune Walker Shares Raw Emotions on Loneliness 😔

(Its not really a poem, but I had to get my feelings out...) <br /> <br />Loneliness, the one word I cannot bare to hear, <br />but the one word that appears the most. <br />What is loneliness, but the independence to do what you desire? <br />To stand out from the crowd without uttering a word, <br />to be who you want to be. <br />I sit alone staring out the window, <br />The cold breeze through my hair, <br />The light of the Moon shining upon my tears. <br />Loneliness, am I alone? <br />..................................... <br />Even with my family and friends, I am alone. <br />Even with a thousand people around me, I am alone. <br />I see people by themselves on the street or in the park, <br />they are alone. <br />Can I call this feeling Loneliness? <br />Or am I just afraid of what it is like to be close to someone. <br />When I talk to or see my family, I seem happy. <br />But it is fake. <br />I can only be who I truly am, <br />when I am alone....<br /><br />Kezune Walker<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/loneliness-90/
