Kesha & Dr. Luke Resolve 9-Year Legal Battle

Kesha and record producer Dr. Luke have officially reached a settlement after a 9-year legal battle. The two released statements confirming they'd come to a resolution on Thursday over his defamation lawsuit against her. Kesha first filed a claim against Dr. Luke back in 2014, accusing him of drugging and raping her in 2005. While the case was dismissed in 2016, it was Dr. Luke's defamation countersuit that's remained that remained ongoing until finally reaching an agreement.
