Nine more officers from Kenya Pipeline Company both serving and former have been arrested over 660 million shillings hydrant pit valve scandal. The ethics and anti-corruption commission is also pursuing former KPC managing director Charles Tanui in connection with the scam. This comes even as the petroleum cabinet secretary John Munyes said no money was lost in the 2 billion Kisumu oil jetty project.
