Kashmir protests: Curfew continues in some areas for third week

Protests in Indian-administered Kashmir continue for a third week, despite curfews and a telecommunications block.

India's Home Minister says he's ordered security forces to use more restraint.
At least 50 people have been killed since July 8, when demonstrations began over the killing of a local rebel leader.
