However if you need one to one custom training on select topics via web conferencing, we may charge $49 per hour as needed. Initial training (within 30 days of reseller plan setup) is included in the setup fee. <br /> <br />Kart2013 may bill $49 per custom incident support for customers who are not on our Porta Switch Support Plan. This is after initial setup is complete and upon your approval.
