Juvenile Curfew Enforced After Halloween Night Chaos in Navy Yard 🚓

According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), 1st District officers saw several groups of kids gather at the park between First Street and New Jersey Avenue, Southeast, around 7:30 p.m. This particular area is adjacent to an entrance to the Navy Yard Metro Station.
