Jenny Craig Announces New Partnership with Volumetrics Featuring Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Bertinelli famously found weight loss success on Jenny Craig. On July 10, 2008, she will be helping to announce the weight loss company’ s new partnership with Dr. Barbara Rolls, PhD – the founder of Volumetrics, a New York Times’ bestselling author, and one of America’s leading authorities on healthy weight management for the past 20 years. The partnership represents an alliance between two of the top three weight loss programs ranked in 2007 by Consumer Reports. At the kick-off event, Bertinelli, her boyfriend Tom Vitale and Dr. Rolls will be cooking Hawaiian-inspired food items from Volumetrics in a replica of her home kitchen. Jenny Craig began implementing Dr. Rolls’ science-based principles into its weight loss program by releasing The Volumetrics Cookbook for Jenny Craig featuring recipes adapted from Dr. Rolls’ book, The Volumetrics Eating Plan in 2006.
