UK Introduces 3p/mile EV Tax, Ending Electric Car Era 🚗

Rachel Reeves has announced in the UK Budget a new 3p per mile tax on Electric Vehicles — the final nail in the coffin for EVs.

As an EV owner myself, I’m done — I’m switching back to petrol. After this move, I don’t see the point staying electric when EV drivers are being hit with road-use taxes. Maybe as a petrol or diesel driver you agree. One thing is for sure this is definitely gonna affect EV sales.
