iPhone 16 Pro vs 17: Which One to Buy? 📱

The brand new iPhone 17 or last year’s 16 Pro, which one should you buy? Let’s find out! Both of them have 120Hz display but 17 has advantage with higher brightness, better protection and an anti-reflective coating. iPhone 16 Pro does come with a Titanium frame instead of Aluminium, but you get double the storage on this one, which I think matters more. Performance-wise, you won’t find much difference in both the phones, but just so you know, Pro has better GPU performance and the 17 has a better CPU performance. The 16 Pro also has a faster Type-C port, but the iPhone 17 has a slightly bigger battery and much faster charging speeds. Yes, iPhone 17 now supports 40W charging, which btw is even faster than Samsung and Pixel base models. Good Job, Apple! Rear cameras is where the 16 pro has a clear advantage with a better main camera, and a 5x periscope with 4K120 support, but, the front camera on the 17 is much better. It’s now 18MP and comes with the new square sensor which can fit in more people easily without even rotating the phone. So, at the end of the day, I think picking iPhone 17 is a more practical choice for most users as we don’t normally take as many photos as we think we do, but if you’re planning to record video content on your phone, going with the Pro will be a better choice.
