After sitting silent for over a decade, the aircraft was restored to airworthy condition in just three weeks, thanks to the relentless dedication of our Million Air Maintenance team. What followed was a historic 5-day crossing along the famed Blue Spruce Route to Normandy for the 80th Anniversary of D-Day—an emotional tribute to the Greatest Generation and the brave aviators who paved the way for modern aviation.

The documentary follows the aircraft and crew through two months in Europe, flying in airshows, meeting veterans, and carrying the legacy of those who served. Back in the U.S., a full interior overhaul brought the Invader into a new chapter—one built on honoring the past while inspiring future aviators.
