Episode 03 Synopsis:

When Saima overhears her parents planning to marry her off to an older man, she runs away with her lover—igniting a storm her family never saw coming. Zareena grabs her chance, insisting the shops be transferred to her name or the weddings are off. One choice shatters the family, and the price of “honor” becomes heavier than anyone can carry.

Drama Synopsis:

Ilzaam is a new Pakistani family drama about two sisters — Sobia, the patient and kind-hearted one, and Saima, the carefree dreamer whose actions change their lives forever. When Saima’s impulsive choice brings shame to the family, their aunt Zareena takes advantage of the crisis, using her brother’s illness and the family’s downfall to her benefit.
