IEEE LCN 2016: Keynote on Adaptive Wireless Management

At the LCN conference in November 2016 in Dubai/UAE, for the second time after the 40th LCN in Clearwater/Florida, we captured the presentations of several major LCN sessions such as the main conference keynotes, workshop keynotes, and the presentation of the main conference best paper candidates.
