ICLR: The Power of Multilingual Learning 🌍

In most human societies, people are usually monolingual, and in some others bilingual or trilingual or just multilingual as the case may be.
Why I think language learning is important in the 21st century is that language serves as a bridge to connect peoples' hearts together in symphony and helps create greater understanding among them amidst many other advantages.
