My Black Orchid Blooming Journey 🌸

After witnessing my Monnierara Millennium Magic 'Witchcraft' go through its growth cycle for a year, I finally understand what's going on! This is a Catasetum type orchid & has such different care requirements than any orchid I have. When I bought it, I didn't know how different its needs were since I only cared about the BLACK flowers!! It has black flowers how cool is that?? I am so down for a goth orchid! This year my goal is to get this baby to bloom so I can finally witness its beautiful flowers in person. Today is step 1: repotting
