Passed the NMLS Mortgage Exam on First Try! 🎉

I just passed my Mortgage Safe Exam (the NMLS Safe Exam) on my first try! In this video I share three easy to follow tips I used to pass the NMLS Safe Exam on my first try. In addition to this I also share my story of taking the NMLS Safe Exam as well.

Pre Tip: How not to be nervous for the NMLS Exam and what to study for the NMLS Exam! I woke up late the day of my test so I was not able to get the the study center on time, but it ended up working out.

First Tip: Guess C or D when taking the NMLS Mortgage Exam to try to become a Mortgage loan officer (MLO). I got this tip from a service I used, but the creators of the test often try to trick you and throw in different similar answers to what the actual correct answer is. Usually they put the correct answer towards the bottom, that being C or D.

Second tip: Take Practice tests and purchase a study aid to pass your mortgage exam. Study's show that taking practice tests is one of the most effective ways to study. Taking practice tests to pass your NMLS Safe Mortgage Exam is very important. There are plenty of online services, both free and not free that will offer these tests to you.
