I'm sitting here all alone, <br />Wandering where the love has gone, <br />The days and nights I spent on my own, <br />Like the wind the love has blown, <br /> <br />Vanished, like the amber setting sun, <br />Finished, all the memories we had begun, <br />Teardrops roll rapidly down my cheek, <br />Like a wounded soul the pain is too deep, <br /> <br />Is it too late to undo the damage, <br />Is there anything left to really salvage, <br />Those distance sweet memories erode in my mind, <br />As I weep, questioning if theres anything left inside, <br /> <br />Like a shattered mirror I am completely broken, <br />Theres no room left for wishing and hoping, <br />It's like fighting a long losing battle, <br />What's the point, its not worth the hassle, <br /> <br />Is there another life after love? <br />I guess there is, its sent from the one above...<br /><br />Humaira Hussain<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/lonliness-7/
