KADHI PAKODA RECIPE
Take cumin seeds, garlic cloves, coconut and green chillies together and grind to a smooth paste.
In a bowl add dahi, besan, coconut-spice paste, turmeric, chilli powder. salt
Beat all of together and add some water.
Mix well again to form a smooth mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a heavy-bottomed pan and heat slowly over medium heat.
Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan or scorching.
Cook atleast 15 minutes on low flame
For tadka :
heat oil in a small pan over medium heat;
Add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
And dry red chilli cook until the spluttering stops
Add chilli powder and pour over the kadahi immediately.
Prepare Pakoda :
In bowl ,add gram flour,salt,baking, turmeric, chilli powder and mix well.
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Rest them 15 minutes
heat oil and fry pakoda until crispy and golden.
Now add fried pakoda in kadhi,stir gently and cook for a minutes.
