The Google Chrome Omnibox is what Chrome calls its address bar at the top of its browser. The Omnibox is much more than a traditional address bar. It is also connected to the google search engine. You can use the Omnibox to search for terms and you can also use the Omnibox to search within other search engines such a YouTube.com or Wikipedia.org. Instead of navagating to another website to make the search, you can just preform the search within the Omnibox.
