Excel Copilot Tutorial 2025: How to Use It

In this video, I’ll show you how to use Copilot in Excel, step by step.
We’ll cover how to enter and edit data, ask questions about your data, and use Copilot to create formulas, format your spreadsheet, build PivotTables and charts, and run data analysis — all using natural language prompts.

This tutorial is up to date with the latest Copilot features in Excel as of October 2025.
