About this video
Mail merge is a great way to send personalized emails to a large group of people, such as students, teachers, and parents. This can be especially helpful in schools, where there is often a need to communicate with a large number of people quickly and easily.
Some examples where you might use this:
Newsletters: Keep parents and students up-to-date on school news and events.
Class announcements: Send out reminders about upcoming assignments, activities, or field trips.
Personalized messages: Send a welcome message to new students or a thank-you note to students who have done well in class.
Mail merge can also be used to send out surveys or collect feedback from students and parents. This can be a great way to get input from the school community and make sure that everyone's voice is heard.
In this video, I'll show you how to use the built-in mail merge feature in Gmail and Google Sheets. We'll cover everything from creating a mail merge template in Google Sheets to sending the emails in Gmail. I'll also show you some tips and tricks to help you get the most out of mail merge.
AND, you no longer need to install an extension to get this done!
By the end of this video, you'll be able to send personalized emails to a large group of people with ease.
