BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) occurs when tiny calcium crystals, called otoconia, become dislodged and move into the semicircular canals of the inner ear. This can trigger sudden spinning vertigo with position changes like rolling in bed, looking up, or bending over.

For some people, treating BPPV once with the Epley Maneuver or the Gufoni Maneuver is enough to resolve symptoms long-term. But for others, BPPV recurrence is common.

In this video, you’ll learn:
• Why BPPV sometimes comes back
• How common recurrent BPPV is
• What to do in the first 24–48 hours after treatment
• 3 practical tips to reduce the chances of vertigo returning
