How to Make Acid Slurry (LABSA) | Manufacturing Process

Here i am Engr Zeshan i am making this video to discuss manufacturing process of production of acid slurry which is commonly called LABSA and Sulphonic Acid.
For small setup we need three galons.
In each each gallon we will need alkyl bezene and sulphuric acid separately.
In third gallon we will mix these two ingredients slowly and leave it for 24 hours.
Our product is ready.
After settling we will remove acid from upper side and reaming is finished product.

Formula
1.Linear Alkyl Benzene 55%
2.Sulphuric Acid 45%
