1. Take Ownership – Don’t blame other things for your failure. Be honest about what you can do better instead of focusing on what you cannot change.
2. Be Resourceful – Try to solve problems and get answers yourself. Find resources that can help you gain skills and knowledge to be a more attractive candidate.
3. Practice – Learn from the resources you find. Set practical goals and ensure that you are thoroughly comfortable with the skills and knowledge you gain for interviews.
4. Get Organized – Keep track of your job search progress and materials so that you can effectively manage preparation and take full advantage of all opportunities.
